It's back to school time! Our next Owls Dine Out event is planned at the Panera in Fox River Grove on September 19 open-close (6am-8pm). Use FUND4U for online orders and mention Oak Knoll in-person to have 20% of sales go back to the Oak Knoll ECC PTO. The PTO is a non-profit organization that relies on fundraisers such as this to support our school events. Let's raise some dough!
One of our favorite events of the year, the Walk-A-Thon, is coming up soon! Please help us make our biggest fundraiser of the year a success! Just set up your child's account by first joining a team, then share their link with friends and family. ALL donations are appreciated and will be used toward helping pay for field trips, school equipment and spoiling the teachers and staff. Plus, the students will earn some fun prizes as well! Join Oak Knoll families and friends for a day of fun at a Chicago Wolves hockey game Sunday, November 10 at 3pm as the Wolves battle the Milwaukee Admirals. Everyone will receive a FREE Chicago Wolves hat and be seated together in the same section. Our school name will also be featured on the LED boards during the game. A portion of the ticket proceeds will go back to support our school.

The holiday shop is coming to Oak Knoll ECC! The shop will be open from Dec 3-5 during school hours. To learn more about what types of items will be in the shop, please use this link.
Each class will have an opportunity to go to the gym where they will be able to buy holiday gifts for their loved ones. Please note, that only the kids that are planning on using the shop will be sent to the gym. We do not want the kids that are not participating to feel left out of the buying experience. Given the ages of the kids, we are asking for parent volunteers to help make things go as smoothly as possible. We will have a sign up sheet on our Oak Knoll ECC Families Facebook page, so please stay tuned.
Please note that the majority of the items in this shop will be $5 and under. Parents are able to use the envelope that was sent home in their child’s folder to put money inside for their child to use at the holiday shop. If parents do not feel comfortable giving their child cash, there is also a voucher option which is available for purchase on the holidaytreasures.com website. This will act like a gift card and any amount leftover will be given back in cash form. The parent volunteers will be there to not only help your child with budgeting out gifts, but they will ensure any money will go directly back into that child’s backpack along with any gifts that were purchased. January’s Owls Dine Out fundraising event is on January 28 from 5-9 PM at Freddy's in Crystal Lake. 15% of sales will come back to the Oak Knoll ECC PTO by ordering digitally (use code "GIVEBACK" on mobile app or website) or at the physical Freddy's restaurant. If ordering at the restaurant, you must tell the cashier of your participation or show the fundraiser flyer below to the cashier (before payment) for it to count towards the fundraiser.

The Wooden Spoon Cookie Dough and Butter Braid fundraiser starts on January 24! With 6 amazing flavors available for each, these are sure to be a hit!

All orders need to be submitted by February 6th. All paper orders submitted must also include cash or check to cover the purchases made. All checks should be made out ot Oak Knoll PTO. Orders will be ready for pickup on February 13th just before Valentine's Day!

The all popular Owls Dine Out event at Culver's (Fox River Grove location) is coming up with a 2-day event on February 25-26, 2025 from 4-8 pm both nights! Teachers and staff from Oak Knoll will be on-site at Culver's bringing the food out to tables to say hello to the students and families! 15% of all sales will go back to the PTO!
Make sure to inform Culver's of the teacher's name/classroom at the event while ordering for a "Battle of the Classrooms" competition! The classroom with the highest attendance will receive free custard from Culver's for an in-class ice cream party! Hope to see you there!
